1. Use of the website is at your own risk. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
3. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Adamant's privacy-by-default design does not relieve you of legal obligations you may have.
4. The protocol is unowned. The website is maintained by contributors at the public repository; pull requests are welcome.
5. "Adamant", "ADM", and the mark are project identifiers, not trademarks of any single entity. Use them honestly.

A privacy chain with a leaky website would be embarrassing. The website tries not to be embarrassing.

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Plausible, no Fathom. Visit counters live in the CDN log only.
• No cookies set by us. The phase switcher uses localStorage for a single key (adamant.phase) — entirely on your device.
• No third-party scripts other than Google Fonts (font files only, no tracking pixels). We may move to self-hosted fonts post-mainnet.
• CDN logs. Vercel retains short-lived edge logs (IP, timestamp, path) per their privacy policy. We never read these for marketing purposes.
• No newsletter, no signups. If we ever add one, opt-in only.
